Mit Microsoft Office 2013 wird Microsoft ein neues Modell der Bezahlung einführen. Zwar gibt es noch die altbekannte Offline-Variante, im Fokus stehen aber ganz klar die Office 365-Pakete, die einem auch diverse Onlinedienste bieten. Office 365 Home Premium soll dabei für den normalen Benutzer ausreichen und den ganzen Haushalt abdecken, 5 Installationen auf PC und Mac sind möglich.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Access und Publisher sind im Angebot, dazu 20 GB SkyDrive-Speicher zu den eh vorhandenen mindestens 7 GB, die man frei hat. Dazu gibt es noch monatlich 60 Minuten Skype-Guthaben für den gepflegten Schwatz zwischendurch. Preis dafür? Jährlich 99.99 Dollar, rechnerisch also 8.33 Dollar pro Monat.
Wer ab dem 19. Oktober 2012 Office 2010 kauft, der bekommt übrigens ein Upgrade und kann bei Erscheinen von Office 2013 1 Jahr lang Office 365 Home Premium nutzen. Auch für Business-Benutzer gibt es natürlich ein Office mit Zusatzfunktionen, die Preise und die kompletten Features habe ich euch einmal unten angehangen, die Euro-Preise reiche ich nach, sobald ich diese in Erfahrung bringen konnte.
